CHANGING FACILITIES
We have changing facilities on site, just 30 seconds walk from the beach where you can get ready for your day on the waves.
Here we will kit you out with all your gear including wetsuit, buoyancy aid and optional extras (waterproof phone case, dry bag and more)
ON THE DAY BOOKING
Because paddleboarding & Kayaking rely so much on the weather being right we generally don't like to book people more than a few days in advance.
To get around this we have a LOT of boards & kayaks so that we can always have something free for those who like to live by the moment.
In fact, even at peak times, if you ring us up in the morning or come to us on the fly we are almost certainly likely to have a SUP or Kayak available for you
SAFETY CONSCIOUS
Not only will you receive buoyancy aids as standard with all of our SUP & kayak hires, you can also pick our brains on paddling technique or any thing you want to ask about.
We also have great knowledge of where you can go and give advice on which areas to avoid in relation to your level of skill and confidence. We will give you everything you need to have a safe (and fun) time on our waters
THE LANDSCAPE
The coastline surrounding Trearddur bay is a jewel in the crown of Wales, from our unique metamorphic rocky cliffs to the secluded bays that provides a superb habitat for our wildlife.
There are numerous focal points in the area that are alive and beautiful so don't forget to take a moment to sit back and enjoy the scenery whilst exploring Trearddur bay.
THE LOCALS
Trearddur bay and the surrounding area is home to a vast aray of amazing wildlife and you may just get to meet some of these on your adventures.
We have had customers reporting sightings of a range of fish, Jellys, seabirds, seals & porpoise.
Some of the luckier of you out there have even had dolphins leaping right next to & swimming under our boards.
Even though these encounters can be amazing we would appreciate that you give these creatures the space they want so as not to cause any unnecessary stress.

Here at Blu chameleon we have stock of a whole range of Trearddur bay specific souvenirs & gifts, most of our Trearddur bay souvenirs can only be found here.. Everything from keyrings, magnets, and all kinds of precious trinkets to take home with you.
Our beach shop also stocks everything you need for a fun day at the beach. If you have forgotten to bring anything I guarantee we will have what you need. Wetsuits, swimming costumes, towels, beach games, you name it, we have it.
